Agile.Now Restart Listener Service

If we need to restart the Listener Service.

1º - We go to the Service Center to the Monotering tab.

2º - The second step we have to do is go to Process and look for the name of AN_Listener in the List and see how many active instances we have.

3º -Here inside the Listener Process we will open one by one and put all instances to terminated.

4º - Once we have all instances finished, we go to Agile Now Settings and do Sync Environment.

5º- The last step is to verify that there is only one Active Instance left in the AN_Listener process.
