If the webhook integration does not work as expected, the first thing you should check is that the callback url and the authentication key are correctly installed in the PM tool and the webhook is activated from Agile.Now.

OutSystems integration log

Check the OutSystems service center integration log that the PM tool has called the integration interface.

OutSystems general log

Check the OutSystems service center general log that the interface has not thrown an error. Agile.Now API writes the error log as a json object to the log if an error has occurred in the service.
